Tibirius Advisory

Developers and AI will build exactly what you ask for. I make sure you ask for the right thing.

Maybe it’s a new system or app you can picture but don’t know how to build. Maybe it’s a process that works, but costs too much time and money.

  • I work out exactly what you need.
  • I build a simple first version when that helps.
  • I line everything up for a development firm, your own hire or AI tools to finish the job.
Start a conversation The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. I don’t sell large development projects, so my advice is never a sales pitch.

What I do

Improving how you work today

A fresh look at an existing process: where time and money go, what to fix first, and whether technology is the right answer.

Scoping something new

We turn the idea into a clear, written description of what to build, who will use it, what has to come first and what it should realistically cost.

A working first version

When it helps, I build a simple first version (an MVP) so you can try the idea with real people before committing to a large project.

Ready for the full build

A scope of work and plan for a development firm to quote, or a job description if you are hiring, plus help comparing proposals and candidates.

Fractional technical leadership

An experienced technology leader on your team part time, a few days a month: setting direction, guiding your developers or vendors, and keeping the work tied to business goals, for companies not yet ready for a full-time executive.

Good decisions come from seeing the whole operation: the people, the process and the systems behind them.

How working together goes

  1. A conversation

We talk about where things stand and what you want to change. No charge, no sales pitch.

  2. A written proposal

I send a short proposal with the scope, the timeline and a fixed price or a clear rate. Nothing starts until you agree to it.

  3. Scoping, and a first version

We work through what you need in a few focused sessions. If it helps, I build a simple first version so you can see it working before anyone spends real money.

  4. Ready for the full build

You get a written scope and plan you own, ready to hand to a development firm or a new hire. I can stay on to help you choose who builds it.
